in the car with A and Q. I’m in the back seat. we just got done grocery shopping. they want to get me a job as a driver who works a night shift. we look around for suitable drivers to ask questions about their job. eventually we find a good looking car. it’s night. we follow it through the forest down a winding, treacherous road, which continues to get more and more dangerous. eventually we end up on a wooden structure built atop a huge lake, a giant labyrinth of shabby wooden road with ramps and loops and things over this expanse of dark turquoise water.
after driving up and around this structure for a while, we continue on foot. it feels like a video game with a top down camera. we walk around… eventually i end up back at N’s parents house. i had taken up residence in the den. i have the door closed. it’s a mess in here, clothes and stuff all over the ground. outside the door i hear my mom and stepdad. they sound disappointed in me.
